Stephanie has been there, too! 25 + years of dieting and restriction .Her health journey began 6 years ago while working as a senior executive in a Fortune 500 corporation. After collapsing on stage she was diagnosed with multiple chronic condition and she went on a search to find solution her own struggle with emotional eating and binge eating led to create The Going Beyond The Food Method.
Stephanie is passionate about sharing her journey with other women while educating and empowering them to achieve the same results and that is why she founded the Going Beyond the Food Project, an yearly online conference and the Going Beyond the Food Academy, an online platform to educate & support women in their journey.
