Itinerary

Before arriving at the retreat we will send you a questionnaire, based on your answers Dianne and Lynette will create a personalized Neurofeedback program for you so that you maximize the benefits of the retreat. You will receive daily, personal Neurofeedback sessions as per your program.

We offer a host of workshops and activities, remember this is your retreat and everything is optional.

You can do as much or as little as you like.
