The focus of this retreat is to help attendees lose physical and emotional weight in a balanced and sustainable way.

We let Featured Guests free-style their classes/workshops so that they can share what they think is most important and relevant. Generally classes/workshops are 1 - 1.5 hours.

To make it very easy to share the retreat information, we create a personalized retreat page with your bio and full details on the retreat. This page enables us to track the reservations that come from your network. Any questions from potential guests will be directed to us, so it’s as easy as sharing a link then we take care of the rest.
